In the rare event that your order contains defective merchandise or missing parts, you must contact WFB with your return request within 4 days from the date you received your furniture. Claims for damages made to products as a result of shipping must be made with the carrier. No merchandise returns will be accepted without prior authorization, and a Manufacturer's Return Authorization Number from Wholesale Furniture Brokers. Wholesale Furniture Brokers will refund, replace, or repair the item at the discretion of Wholesale Furniture Brokers. You, the customer, are responsible for Return Shipping Fees which are not the same cost as your original shipping charge. Return shipping fees are estimated at 15-25% of the purchase price. The actual charge will be deducted from your refund. You will receive your refund after the shipment is received in new condition and in good order.
Important: Note and Refuse Damaged Furniture! If your furniture arrives damaged, it is very important to take notes of any damages to the furniture in your order as well as any damage to the boxes on the BOL (bill of lading) or shipping documentation. If the furniture is clearly damaged beyond repair, you as the customer should refuse that piece of the shipment. It is not necessary that the entire shipment should be refused all together, only the damaged pieces. Your claim must be presented to WFB in writing along with pictures within 7 days of receiving shipment. WFB will produce a shipping claim and proceed to replace or repair the damaged furniture. You must get in contact with Wholesale Furniture Brokers so that we can mitigate with the shipping company that delivered your furniture. Your furniture will be either repaired or replaced at no cost to you at the discretion of WFB. Once you have contacted WFB in regards to the damage, WFB will send documentation which details the claim procedure and possible solutions.
Do I get a cash return on my shopping?
Yes, but it depends on how much you spend, how much everyone spends, if all ordinary shopping rules were applied and what the cost of product was to Celestial Sphere. Our products usually carry the lowest pricing possible, yet we are happy to share whatever profit there is with our customers. The way we see it, our customers make us successful and we want you to know you are appreciated. Some of our products however, because the pricing is so low generate insufficient profit to share if bought seperately but this is why we also look at quantity.
